Spa Policy

Booking Your Spa Appointment

Spa Appointments:  To reserve a spa appointment, a contact telephone number and email address are required.

We recommend that you book your spa appointment at least 72 hours in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your scheduling requests. When booking services, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect your treatment.

Spa Reservations:  A reservationist will be available to book or modify spa appointments from 9 am to 6 pm each day.  Should they be assisting others, please leave a message as bookings may take up to 20 minutes per call.

Gift Cards – Gift Certificates Return Policy

All gift certificate sales are final. Expire upon the expiration date. 

Gift Cards – Gift Certificates and Coupons

Suppose you plan to use any spa gift cards, spa gift certificates, or spa coupons for your spa services. You must tell us about them when you book your service and provide specific information about them. Gift cards and coupons must be turned in before your service. Only original gift certificates and gift cards will be honored; receipts do not take the place of an actual gift card. Auto-gratuity will be charged at the time of check-in before service starts.

Coupons

Must be presented before your service and mentioned at the time of your service booking. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with any other discount. May only be used before the expiration date. Gratuity is to be based on 19% of the full-service price and will be automatically billed.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance so you can avoid a cancellation fee, and we can accommodate other guests. If you are late for an appointment, we will provide you with whatever service time is left based on the original start time. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will also result in the redemption of any gift certificates, vouchers, or spa gold credits used to guarantee the service or the charging to your credit card guarantee.

Arrive Early

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your spa appointment time to allow you to unwind. Please note that all appointments will start and end on time, regardless of the start time—respect other guests.

Spa Desk

The Spa Desk is available one-half hour before service and leaves after the guest checks in.  Should you want to arrive earlier than this, please notify the desk so arrangements may be made to accommodate you

Please respect our peaceful ambiance and the comfort of all our guests by ensuring that all cell phones and or electronic devices are turned off.

Spa and Wellness Expectations

Expect a warm welcome and professional care tailored to your wellness needs.

Each massage and facial is personalized using techniques and pressure appropriate to your needs and preferences so that your body, mind, and spirit can ease into a place of comfort and relaxation.

You will receive your massage, facial or body treatment in a peaceful environment with soothing music and low lighting.

Your massage will likely include many bodywork types depending on what we want to accomplish in a given area. Each massage is unique to your needs and will vary from person to person and session to session.

You will undress in privacy to your level of comfort. You may choose to completely disrobe or remain in an undergarment for any of your spa treatments.

You can always count on fresh, clean linens and a comfortably padded table. The addition of armrests adds extra width to the table for your comfort.

During the massage, you will be covered or ‘draped’ with sheeting and/or a blanket. Only areas being worked on will need to be exposed.

This time is yours. You may drift off, engage in conversation, or silently meditate as you wish. Your comfort is key, and you are always encouraged to communicate your wishes as the massage progresses. Need an extra blanket, pillow, or music adjustments? Just let us know!

After your massage, facial, or body treatment, you will dress in privacy. We may take a few moments to go over self-care options and schedule your next appointment, or you can ease out the door and get in touch with us as needed.

Spa and Wellness Experience

Many of our treatments are geared toward easing a range of discomforts while delivering intense skincare benefits.

Please consider your health needs when scheduling a service. Expectant mothers should avoid aromatherapy treatments and therapies with heat. If you have high blood pressure, please advise us not to use heat during your service. If you are allergic to iodine or seafood, you should not schedule a seaweed treatment.

If you have booked an exfoliating treatment, we suggest that you skip shaving the day of the service.

Spa Attire

Please dress casually and comfortably when you come to the spa. Please leave all valuables at home. We recommend that you not wear any jewelry, necklaces, watches, or bracelets or carry any other valuables. You should wear/bring sandals for use in walking to and from your spa treatments. You may bring a swimsuit, pool cover-up if you are using the Inn’s pool or Jacuzzi. The spa casita treatment rooms are only for spa services and are not available for use before or post services.

We recommend that you book your spa appointment at least 72 hours in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your scheduling requests. When booking services, please advise us if you are pregnant, have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect your treatment. Booking Group Spa Services

If you schedule more than 6 services for one day or are given a group discount, you are considered a group.  The following policies are in place for all groups:
 
  • Groups must be prepaid through the purchase of a non-refundable gift certificate.
  • Groups can only have one payment for billing.
  • Groups have a seven-day cancellation policy with no changes or cancellations within the 7 day period.
  • All Groups will have an automatic gratuity added to their invoice.  This gratuity is to be based on 19% of the full-service price and will be automatically billed.
 
Group discounts will vary based on the number/type of services and bill total.
