We are a one with nature spa. Should you have problems walking, please stop at the spa/hotel Main stain glass entrance circle and go into check-in. We will direct you where to the best parking for you for your spa casita.

If you are using a Gift Certificate or Voucher, you have to bring a physical paper printout to redeem it. Providing the number to book or verify the services is not a substitute for the physical paper printout. Auto gratuity will be charged during your check-in before your service.
If possible, please bring cash for gratuity. Your therapist very much appreciates it.

We have a stringent 24-hour cancellation policy. Our cancellation fee or reschedule fee is the full-service price. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance (1 week if you are coming with a group) to avoid full-price cancellation fees and the forfeiting of any spa gold credit, gift cards, or vouchers.
If you are using a spa gold credit, gift certificate, or voucher it will be redeemed for the full value if you cancel or modify within the 24 hours. A Spa Gold credit will be redeemed for members canceling within 24 hours.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to relax, and pay for your services. Your appointment will start at the designated time. If you arrive late, you will receive only the time that is remaining in your service.

The spa is located at 9800 N Summer Hill Blvd, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268.
The Inn at Eagle Mountain is off of Shea and Eagle Mountain Parkway (intersection of Shea at the Fry’s Shopping Center). Head south on Eagle Mountain Parkway, go past the Golf Course, at the STOP sign, make a right onto N Summer Hill Blvd. Take the FIRST right into the Inn at Eagle Mountain Resort. The Spa Desk is next to the Resort Check-in. We are a one with nature spa; should you have problems walking, please stop at the main entrance of the spa/hotel circle and check-in. We will direct you where to the best parking for you for your spa casita.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are using a Gift Certificate or Voucher, you have to bring a physical paper printout to redeem it. Providing the number to book or verify the services is not a substitute for the physical paper printout. Otherwise, please bring a valid ID and we will make a copy to proof of your purchase and use of the certificate.
Gift Cards & Coupons: Please bring any PREAPPROVED gift cards or coupons and present them at check-in for your discounts. All gift card redemption must approve before your appointment.
We cannot replace lost gift certificates. Unprinted gift certificates or vouchers cannot be accepted.
Pricing on your confirmation …
Confirmation will always show regular price; discounts will apply when you come in with your certificates or coupons. You must have a physically printed out Gift certificates or vouchers to redeem it. You are asked for this on the phone when booking so accounting can verify the voucher or gift certificate. Please print it out before 24 hours before your service, or it may be unavailable.
Your spa payment and tipping …
We will ask payment before your service, so please allow time to check-in. Scottsdale Spa & Holistic Massage Therapy accepts ONLY VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and cash for your spa treatments.
Gratuity: Standard gratuity is 18% – 20 % of the regular price. If possible, please bring cash for gratuity; your therapist very much appreciates it. We will provide you with cash envelopes for your gratuity, or you may give it to the spa desk to disperse to the service providers if you do not have exact change. We require auto gratuity to be paid at the spa desk prior to service, for all guests that use gift certificates or vouchers, and hotel guests with discounted services.
Your appointment time …
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to relax and pay for your services. Your appointment will start at the designated time. If you arrive late, you will receive only the remaining time in your service if there are over 15 minutes of service time left.
Out of State travel to our spa …
We recommend that if you are flying or driving into the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, please do not book any spa services on the day of arrival. The 24-hour cancelation policy is in effect, and we will not be able to change or modify your appointments due to travel or flight delays.

Spa hours …
Our spa is open by appointments only, generally 6 days a week and close on Wednesday. Spa Desk is available one-half hour before the first service and leaves after the last guest checks in. Should you want to arrive earlier than this, please let the desk know so we can make arrangements to accommodate you.
Choice of your therapists …
All of our therapists are licensed professionals. Should you have a specific request for a female or male therapist, that request should make at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we can’t guarantee it. Minors will always pair with a therapist of the same sex.
Any medical concern or special request we need to know …
Should you have any medical issues such as pregnancy, medications, contraindications, allergies, surgeries, use of Retin A, medical diagnosis, or other physical, emotional, or medical conditions that can impact how we provide services or that we need to know about or require individual facilities or adjustments to the service you.
You must advise us of this at the time of booking to adequately accommodate you and meet your needs if we can.
About our facilities and amenities …
The spa itself does not have a pool or hot tub. However, the Inn does allow spa guests to utilize the outdoor hotel pool and hot tub, which overlooks the lake and Eagle Mountain Golf Club. We DO NOT have a locker room or shower facility as Inn guests change and shower in the privacy of their rooms. Feel free to bring your swimsuit and pool cover-up.
Spa robes for you …
If you have two or more services, the spa will provide you a robe in between your services. Robes are one size fits all. Should you need a different size robe, please let us know before your appointment. For your safety and sanitation, please bring your footwear to wear around the spa, such as Flip-flops, sneakers, sandals.
What to wear to our spa …
Please dress casually and comfortably when you come to the spa. Please leave all valuables at home. We recommend that you not wear any jewelry, necklaces, watches, or bracelets or carry any other valuables. You should wear/bring sandals for use in walking to and from your spa treatments. You may bring a swimsuit, pool cover-up if you are using the Inn’s pool or hot tub. The spa casita treatment rooms are for spa services only and are not available for use before or post services.
