Day Spa Membership

Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between Scottsdale Spa and Holistic Massage Therapy and you (The Client)

Currently available Spa Gold programs: SG99 (for any 90-minute services) / SG69 (for any 60-minute services)

Starting The Program:

No contract to sign. Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews each month automatically. Payments are billed on the 20th of the month for the following month’s spa gold credit which is available on the first of each month after your payment clears.
Upon starting the program, The Spa will charge your credit card for the first and last month’s payments. The spa credit for your final month will be released only if a 30-day cancellation notice is provided (Please see leaving the program for additional important information).
Spa Gold Membership credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Spa Gold Membership credits are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

Benefits:

Each Spa Gold credit qualifies you for one qualified Spa Gold spa service.
You can use your Spa Gold credit at any of our locations.
You may choose one service from each category per day under your Spa Membership Monthly Program. The maximum you can have would be one massage, one body treatment, and one facial per day, based on availability.
You will pay the same low prices for additional qualified services in your membership program, 20% off for all non-qualifying services.
The spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance, or we will redeem the appropriate number of credits.
Your Spa Gold Pricing is non-transferable. However, we offer a special 20% off regular pricing for friends and family. Members must be present, receive services the same day as their friends or family members, and be the paying party.

Leaving The Program:

Cancel Any time. Should a 30-day notice not be given, the final spa credit is forfeited.
You may cancel the program at any time with a 30-day written notice. Please email a notification of your cancellation to spa@scottsdalespa.net. If you cancel, you will be ineligible to rejoin for a minimum period of two years. If you are a member of more than four regular billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services for a period of up to one year, as each spa gold credit expires one year from each of their original payment dates.
If you are a member for less than four regular billing cycles, you may only apply the dollar value of the credits toward any full-priced service.
Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services.

Joining the Spa Gold Program and continued monthly payment indicates complete agreement to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may change without notice.

Designed as a monthly spa service program, we expect you to use your Spa Gold Credit each month for your choice of massage, facial, or body treatment. Spa Gold credits for services expire one year from the billing date.
Should the spa relocate or close, the spa has no financial responsibility for any unused credits where the member failed to use the credit the month it was accrued.
Rely only on information in these terms and agreement. No person has been authorized to give any information or make any representation not contained in this membership plan. If anyone does, such information or representation must not be relied upon as having been authorized by the spa. Should there be a discrepancy between the terms and conditions of the spa membership, any verbal or written material, the Terms and Conditions shall govern.
