Is there a membership fee to enroll in the program?

No, there is no membership fee to enroll. 

How long is the program for?

Your program renews automatically each month with your payment.  

Can I cancel the program?

You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice.  If you cancel, you will be unable to reenroll for the period of two years. 

What are the benefits of the Spa Gold Manicure / Pedicure program?

This program will provide you with Manicures for $17 a month and Pedicures for $33 each month.  You will receive 20% off any other services. 

What are the benefits of the Spa Gold $49 program?

Any spa service that is exactly 60 minutes in length is eligible for the special price of $49.

Each month you are billed $49, this $49 is applied to the first spa 60 minute service you have. 

This includes:

·         Relaxing Massage 60 min

·         Therapeutic Massage 60 min

·         Aromatherapy Massage 60 min

·         Deep Tissue Massage 60 min

·         Basic Facial 60 min

·         Microdermabrasion 60 min

·         Body wraps that are 60 min in length

If you decide to have additional 60 min services you may do so for yourself at the same low $49 price. 

Any services that are more than 60 minutes or less than 60 minutes will receive a 20% discount. 

You are also entitled to the benefits of the Manicure /Pedicure Program.  Special pricing for Manicures for $17 and Pedicures for $33. 

If I am a Spa Gold $49 and want a 90 minute massage how much will it cost?

The cost will vary depending on the type of massage.  Your $49 will be applied to the 20% off the 90 minute service. (price will vary by type of massage) 

What are the benefits of the Spa Gold $79 program?

Any spa service that is exactly 90 minutes in length is eligible for the special price of $79.

Each month you are billed $79, this $79 is applied to the first spa 90 minute service you have. 

This includes:

·         Relaxing Massage 90 min

·         Therapeutic Massage 90 min

·         Aromatherapy Massage 90 min

·         Deep Tissue Massage 90 min

·         Basic Facial 90 min

·         Body wraps that are 90 min in length

If you decide to have additional 90 min services you may do so for yourself at the same low $79 price.

If you decide to have additional 60 min services you may do so for yourself at the same low $49 price.

You are also entitled to the benefits of the Manicure /Pedicure Program.  Special pricing for Manicures for $17 and Pedicures for $33. 

Any services that are not covered in the 60 and 90 minute program will receive a 20% discount. 

Can I share my services with others? 

No, only the member may use their monthly services.  

Do I have to use the services each month? 

Yes, we encourage you to use your services each month in the month they are billed.  Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month you may carry it over and use two the next month.   

Can I use 2 spa gold monthly credits for 1 two-hour facial or 1 two-hour massage? 

All Two hour spa services are a premium spa service because they are more demanding on the service provider.  Should you want to do two of the same one hour service consecutively you would receive 20% off of the regular 2 hour spa treatment and receive credit for the 2 spa gold 1 hour prepaid.  Example a 2 hour Massage 2 the Max Therapeutic massage is $239 regular price with a 20% discount it would be $191.20.  A credit of $98 would be given for your two spa gold monthly credits if you have them.  At the time of service you would pay $93.20.

Are there seasonal spa gold programs?

You may contact the operating management and they may review some options with you. 

Will my Spa Gold Program Fees go up? 

As long as you continue to be enrolled your fees will not go up. 

May I upgrade or downgrade my program? 

You may upgrade or downgrade only one time during your membership. For example, you can downgrade to the $49 monthly program but you will not be able to upgrade it again, or you can upgrade to a $79 and you cannot downgrade it again.
